Fyncra is a social media management application that allows users to:

  • Connect multiple social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Upload and post video content across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Use AI-powered content optimization and hashtag generation
  • Manage social media presence from a single interface

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not create multiple accounts

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

Content and Conduct

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to Fyncra
  • You grant us a license to process and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services
  • You are solely responsible for the content you post
  • You must have the right to use all content you upload

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

  • Contains adult or sexual content involving minors
  • Spreads misinformation or spam
  • Violates the terms of service of connected platforms

Social Media Platform Integration

  • You must comply with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your content
  • Platform connections may be terminated by the platform at any time
  • We do not guarantee successful posting to all platforms

AI-Powered Features

  • AI-generated content suggestions are provided as-is
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
  • AI features may be limited or unavailable at times

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance or security reasons
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
  • Features may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice

Subscription and Payment

  • Some features may require a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
